mouldique is a 3D casting and impression studio based in Bangladesh. We create baby hand and feet impressions, couple, sibling, family, pet, and wedding casts. All creations are handmade and made to order.

• An order is confirmed once we receive your details and any required advance payment.
• Because items are handmade to order, please provide accurate details — casting appointments and personalisation depend on them.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil it, in which case any advance paid will be refunded.

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Some items may require an advance payment via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or card before production begins. Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders.

We offer home visits across Dhaka and delivery nationwide. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the service, personalisation, and your location. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Because our products are custom-made, returns are limited to damaged or defective items. Full details are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Our creations come with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal care and display conditions. This does not cover accidental damage or misuse.

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer that your casting not be shared publicly, simply let us know and we will respect your choice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mouldique is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for it.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
